Informatica Developer

Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in requirement gathering meetings with the business managers and product owners to get to know about the business requirement to transform the business requirement in to ETL application by using Informatica power center.
• Design, development and testing of the applications by using Informatica, SQL, PL/SQL and Unix.
• Develops Complex mappings, workflows that source and integrate data from various heterogeneous platforms by using Informatica power center.
• Writes the SQL scripts to create update and modify the tables which are used as source and target to the ETL-informatica applications as per the business requirement.
• Perform advanced tuning of workflows for optimal performance for the jobs which are long running in the ETL Informatica power center.
• Fixes the ETL informatica applications which are not running properly and if there any failure occurs in the production.
