Information Technology Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Solves complex business problems often within unfamiliar territory and without precedent.
• Proficient in applying industry-established standards to work closely with stakeholders to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments and requirements as necessary.
• Integrates usability studies and research into the product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
• Proficient in analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes.
• Leverages domain knowledge to translate user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to maintain a backlog of three to four sprints ahead of the team.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, services, and processes to bring the people, processes, and tools together.
• Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
