Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description:

The Infrastructure Analyst has a high technical skills set and experience to provide efficient solutions to more complex requests across several technical areas: End User Devices, Intel Servers, Operating System Software compatibilities, Office and Productivity software compatibilities. These advanced skills allow the associate to be a key resource within the PC Support group and Intel Server group for completing all requests within the Service level Agreements. 

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in IT similar flied or equivalent experience, preferred
• 1-3 years experience providing Intel Server admin and support, required

• 1-3 years providing customer PC support, preferred.

Key skills:

• Assembled/configured laptop and desktop computers, maintained network hardware, software, troubleshoot common,computer /printer problems.
