Job Description :
  • Looking for a candidate for  Clinical Compliance Analyst position where he will gain knowledge of compound formulation, FDA regulatory compliance, and product stability testing by ensuring compliance with the rules, regulations and laws of FDA, Connecticut Board of Pharmacy, DEA, HIPAA, Center for Medicare and Medicaid services and third party payers, assisting the Pharmacist in data entry operations of claims, and monitoring rejections for Drug Utilization review; performing
  • Comprehensive medical reviews and help analyze the outcomes from patient medical history; preparing
  • Standard Operating Procedures and various protocols ensuring compliance and smooth work flow and to identify improper pharmacy claims and payments; conducting random checks of records, medications and logs to identify deficiencies and incomplete record keeping and documentation; evaluating quality of clinical documentation to identify incomplete medical and pharmacy records; as well as ensuring proper storage of drugs in order to prevent loss of deterioration.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy is preferred.
