It Analyst

Responsiblities:

• Ensure that employees can access systems and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues with endpoints, servers or SaaS applications.
• Identify risks, opportunities, faults and areas for improvement within WELL Health's IT framework.
• Test and analyze IT system and software performance.
• Prioritize and resolve IT concerns and escalate serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Document processes and maintain HelpDesk records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
