Job Description :

Responsiblities:

  • Provide IT technical support to employees and customers.
  • Utilize a ticketing system for support.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets.
  • Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers.
  • Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages.
  • Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects.
  • Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of business practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
