It Analyst

Requirment:

• 1-6 years experience working in a HelpDesk or other Information Technology role.
• Experience with SaaS based administration.
• Familiar with MacOS administration.
• Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with members of various teams.
• Good problem analysis, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of business practices.
