Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available athttp://www.jpmorganchase.com/.    Role: AWS Windows Automation Engineer Location: NEW YORK/ Remote    Duration: THREE YEARS/FULL-TIME   AWS Windows Automation Engineer/Admin:   As a windows automation engineer, the resource will be responsible for migrating windows workload from the on-premise data center to AWS cloud   Roles & Responsibilities   Understand the existing applications and databases running on windows OS   Create a golden image of the operating system to be migrated to AWS   Create the windows instances on AWS using terraform and Ansible form the golden image or ground up   Manage Windows packages via the Chocolatey package manager   Install tools and development environments required for the development team on these instances using automation tools (Bootstrapping)   Set-up AWS infrastructure (using terraform and Ansible) required to run the application as per client s standards (In HA, DR with Load balancing and DNS routing)   Will be able to work with client DevOps/windows team and work for hand in hand to integrate with pipelines   Integrate automation scripts with existing CI-CD pipelines   Integrate the application with LDAP systems running on-prem (Active directory)   Integrate the application with Amazon FSx for windows file server   Secure all the workloads using encryption at rest and encryption in transit standards   Take part in stand-up calls and provide status   Experience Required:   0-7+ years in working on Windows operating system as an admin on on-premise and on AWS cloud   0-3+ years of experience migrating windows servers from on-premise to cloud   0-5+ years on automating windows workload using Ansible and Ansible Tower   3+ years of experience of using terraform to set-up AWS workload and windows servers   0-5+ years of experience on Power shell scripting and bash   0-3+ years of experience in coding lambda functions/Terraform scripts for AWS workload automation   Have good knowledge of DevOps concepts and how to integrate with Jira and other code quality, Static and Dynamic IRC code review systems   Can learn from white papers and blogs and can implement things if something new comes up   Have a good understanding of containerization concepts and have 1- 2+ years of experience on working with windows containers to containerize Dot Net workloads   Have experience in integrating certificates for TLS communication between Pods or Nodes   Have experience in working with native AWS APIs for automation if the service is not available in terraform or Ansible   Have experience in running Dot NET/C++ workloads on windows   Have experience with AWS Cloud and understanding of services like EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, Route 53, Windows storage, VPC, etc.   Experience in working with Capgemini and or client offshore team as required   Have knowledge of LDAP integration of application   Quick learner and go-getter than waiting for somebody to help   Experience in Unix, Linux OS (Added advantage) Certification preference Red Hat certified specialist in Ansible   AWS SysOps (Associate) /DevOps (Professional) certified   Any windows admin certifications
