It Analyst

Job Description:

Responsiblities:

• Ensure documentation of all SOPs, systems flows, technical specifications, and database schematics.
• Act as System Administrator for all the Business IT Applications and point of contact for any troubleshooting. 
• Create reporting tools that can be leveraged by the Business for on demand data mining and report generation.
• Ensure IT plans around server room management, server backup plans and hardware replacement.

EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor degree in Information Technology.
• 8-10 years in IT administration role and 1 - 2 years as a team lead role.
• Proven experience in managing all IT functions in local and satellite office environment.
• Prior experience in setting up IT infrastructure for a small to medium office.
• Good English language skills.
