IT Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Collaborate with customers to determine project scope and vision.
• Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements and document the requirements, including but not limited to creating own various technical documents.
• In Project management tools such as JIRA and manage them accordingly
• Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
• Propose designs/solutions which contribute to project delivery performance and co-ordinate input to devise project test strategy Assist in releases and versions of the products.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and an accredited qualification in Management Consultancy, or similar
• Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
• Good documentation capabilities to capture business requirements clearly and prepare techno-functional solutions exposure to content writing.
• Experienced in Strategic planning, Business Analysis, Market research, Gap Analysis and Wire-framing Influential at team level through oral. presentations, business cases, and investment proposals.
• Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
