IT Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsiblities:

• Analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end-users.
• Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements and document the requirements, including but not limited to creating own various.
• Add the estimates for Project Monitoring Create and maintain product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria etc
• Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
• Propose designs solutions which contribute to project delivery performance and co-ordinate input to devise project test strategy Assist in releases and versions of the products.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and an accredited qualification in Management Consultancy, or similar.
• Good documentation capabilities to capture business requirements clearly and prepare techno-functional solutions exposure to content writing
• Must have experience with Agile / Scrum framework, user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, etc.
• Experienced in Strategic planning, Business Analysis, Market research, Gap Analysis and Wire-framing Influential at team level through oral.
