IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:  

• Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
• Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
• Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers business needs, operability and budget.
• Lead and oversee IT Projects change requests and monitors their delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.
• Maintain a healthy intake pipeline of new features and changes requests.
• Act as thought partner to business for IT support and end-to-end business process optimization.

Requirment:

• Must have strong stakeholder client management skills.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in project management advanced knowledge of cost management and  processes.
• Expert in requirement analysis, management and communication, root cause analysis, planning, monitoring, reporting, solution assessment and validation and documentation.
• Should have strong analytical capabilities paired with the result and quality orientation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools esp. Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Jira Rally.
