IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to drive business strategies, optimize processes, and pinpoint areas of improvement or opportunity.
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to document business process.
• Work to analyze the business process across multiple departments and sites.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management, operational employees, and other affected by the process so that issues and solutions are understood.

Requirement:

• Experience with software used to visually model processes.
• Experience working with Business users to model their business process.
• Experience working with IT and systems to model system processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in decentralized team and communicate using virtual communications tools.
• Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive.
