• Expert in requirement analysis, management and communication, root cause analysis.
• Should have strong analytical capabilities paired with the result and quality orientation.

 Responsibilities:

• Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
• Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
• Interact independently with senior stakeholders like Business unit heads.
• Maintain a healthy intake pipeline of new features and changes requests.
