Job description:

• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Should take care of all aspects of the IT department
• Overseeing IT Infrastructure, network, and systems implementations across the group
• Support and guide, and provide leadership support to the IT team
• Staying abreast of industry trends and new IT technologies
• Strategizing and creating solutions specific to the company's needs
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with the SAP implementation, team to yield the benefits of SAP
• Provide support and guide users on issues related to SAP
• Understand the business process and create IT infrastructure enabling & supporting business growth.
• Ensure all technical resources are aligned with the company's short-term/long-term business needs
• Establishing IT policies, strategies, and standards.
• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Experience in controlling information technology budget Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication abilities.
• Oversee all technology operations like network functioning, server functioning, and firewall functioning.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Should be a B-E-IT/ M.E-tech-IT / MCA.
• Should have experience of 10- 12 years with 4- 5 years in a leadership role.
• Should Have worked in a Cloud-based environment.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Team player and an excellent collaborator.
