Job Description:

Responsibilities;

•  Lead IT department, operational and strategic planning along with Command Centre.
•  Develop, update, and implement the IT policies and procedures.
•  Manage the day to day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, qualitymanagement are properly addressed.
•  Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including; routers, switches, firewalls, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
•  Manage IT infrastructure, Network Security.
•  Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
•  Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
