Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Performing infrastructure monitoring.
  • Resolving administrative requests for application server systems and MS Office/Outlook client installations.
  • Support for application development and support teams in resolving technical problems.
  • Trouble-shooting  related problems and work with second level specialists on resolving connectivity issues in the Data and Voice infrastructure.
  • Documentation of best practice maintenance, 1st level troubleshooting procedures related to the above.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 1st Level related operations.
