IT Infrastructure Service

Responsiblities:

•  Design, Build and Run high-availability and resilient infrastructure solution for banking platforms with multiple clients across geography.
•  Data centers hosting and production servers, network  storage systems including tape backup.
•  Development and implementation of all the IT infrastructure service management processes, tools and compliance per the service levels defined.
•  Relationship management with external and internal stakeholders.
• Vendor relationship management including IT hardware and software procurement selection and recommendation.

Requirements:

• Education: Engineering graduate. MBA will be an advantage.
• 20-27 yrs of experience in managing IT Infrastructure and IT Infra Service Delivery for Core Banking Solutions.
• Domain knowledge in Banking, especially in an international context.
•  Good stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills  written and oral.
