IT Manager

Responsiblties:

• Translate Business needs into technology requirements that supports the company's Business objectives, and successfully manage all phases of IT Projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor, implementation, and training.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Authoring IT processes, policies, standards, and guidelines developing and maintaining network infrastructure, server infrastructure & data communications.
• Drive strong work ethics, staffing, people practices, goal setting, appraisals, and build and maintain highly motivated team. Training and coaching of personnel to ensure that people grow both technically and as professionals with the team.
• Knowledge management and transfer, Resource Management & Utilization, People Care.
