Job Description :Provide maintenance of the computer environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting personnel. Responsible for administration and internal support of the company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Minimum tasks include: Provide support and resolve problems to the user’s satisfaction Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to personnel requests Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the individual workstations Utilize and maintain tracking software Document internal procedures Assist with onboarding of new users  Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required Wire new stations as needed About Retro Brands The Original Retro Brand continues to be a cutting edge and fashion forward company featuring lines for men’s, women’s, youth apparel and headwear.
