IT Manager

Job Description: • Overall responsibility for the IT Infrastructure team. • Planning and setting goals for the team, Monitor team performance and report on metrics. • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for the internal team. • Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. • Design and implement infrastructure systems, policies, procedures adherence to IT compliances. • Manage and evaluate all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation and prepare strategies for various business groups. • Implementing ITIL process, Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. • Be a part of the IT audit team, conduct efficient and effective IT audit procedures. • Responsible for monitor and manage compliance activities for Certification Audit. • Maintain knowledge on all compliance trends and recommend changes for all company processes. • Design all company strategies for all businesses and resolve all compliance issues and perform research for all product competition. • Compliance monitoring, Internal Audit and Risk Assessment and closure of the gaps. • Coordinate with senior management and forecast all yearly revenue for same and resolve all complex issues with help from legal and finance teams. • Provide recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks. • Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes. • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. • Awareness of the business priorities, objectives and business drivers. • Assess of what IT can deliver to the business, including latest capabilities, the competence, knowledge and information necessary to complete their role • The ability to use, understand and interpret the best practice, policies and procedures to ensure adherence.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree (or equivalent) in Computing/IT or a related field, or have equivalent IT industry experience • Proven work experience as a team leader or manager • Significant experience in defining and delivering IT Infrastructure, Information Security & Support strategies. • Qualifications, certifications and / or in depth experience in the following areas: • Security & Compliance—CISSP, CEH, Cyber Essentials, ISO27001 • IT Service Management—ITIL, ITSMF etc. • Networks and infrastructure management and accreditation e.g. CCNP • IP networks and telephony administration & monitoring LAN, WAN, SAN & firewalls,

Education UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG :Any Postgraduate
