IT Project Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive multiple software development projects using agile methodologies
• Manage multiple scrum teams to cross-collaborate with partner organizations
• Write detailed sprint stories with clear definition of done
• Help establish a project estimation framework and constantly improve it
• Building strong, technical relationships with Autodesks engineering teams
• Be the technical communication liaison between security architects and security engineers
• Program management and prioritization of tasks for the Security Engineering team
• Frequent involvement in cross-functional projects regarding technical and security matters
• Foster a culture of collaboration with other program managers across Autodesk

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience working directly with engineering teams on highly complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologies
• Extensive experience as a technical: Program Manager, Product Manager, Software Architect or similar like role
• Demonstrable knowledge in systems/cloud services, and cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Good technical background and aptitude, detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience
• Zeal for process and operational excellence
• Desire to continue to learn and challenge yourself
• Outstanding relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions
• Data-driven approach to program management.
