Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1.       Project Planning:

·       Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.

·       Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints.

2.       Execution and Monitoring:

·       Lead project teams and ensure the execution of tasks according to the project plan.

·       Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and adjust project plans as needed.

3.       Stakeholder Management:

·       Collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand and manage expectations.

·       Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

4.       Risk Management:

·       Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

5.       Quality Assurance:

·       Establish and enforce project standards and ensure that project deliverables meet quality requirements.

·       Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.

6.       Reporting:

·       Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

·       Document and maintain comprehensive project documentation.



Qualifications:

• 5+ Year of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex system integration and/or development projects from initiation to completion.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain professionalism when interacting with various levels of Court staff, project vendors, etc
