 Responsibilities:

•  Provide end user satisfaction strategy planning
•  Manages and hires staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new team members.
•  Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness as per Companys need of Business.
•  Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
•  Maintains the organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
•  Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•  Ensure resource availability and allocation.
•  Strongly monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage people utilization; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary
•  Obtain feedback from users to improve quality of service delivery.
