IT Support Analyst

Job Description:

Responsiblties:

• Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements,investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating withstakeholders, and implementing solutions.
• Play a critical role in designing, developing and implementing best practicesand automate tasks.
• Investigate and remediate any failures with our automated tasks or processes.
• Maintain and improve day to day processes and platforms.
• Adhere to best practices and complete meticulous documentation.
• Should be familiar with migration of data from one system/project to anothersystem/project.

Experince:

• Knowledge in C/CD processes andpractices.
• Good understanding of distributedversion control systems like  or Bitbucket.
• Experience in working andtroubleshooting cloud environments in AWS and DevOps.
• Strong Linux System Administrationexperience within a complex multitier environment.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or other  tools.
