It System Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Develop and support QlikView and Qlik Sense reports/dashboards.
• Install and support custom web applications.
• Coordinate testing activities Create and/or maintain detailed standard work and systems documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage Business Control IT help desk queue . Analyze application issues, develop technical solutions and document issue-resolution knowledge base.
