IT Technical Assistance Grants Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the Enterprise Business Services grants management portal
• Collecting and analyzing progress reports
• Collecting and processing grant reimbursement requests
• Tracking GREAT Grant appropriation
• Contract (grant agreement) management
• General administrative duties as necessary
• Managing the grant’s budget and liaising with NCDIT’s finance department to submit reports, draw down grant funds, apply the funds to the appropriate vendors and partners, etc.
• Executing payments to vendors and project partners
• Calculating the in-kind match and providing all documentation and reports
• Managing all travel and reimbursements through the grant
• Purchasing equipment (270 computers and telehealth equipment for each partners site) and arranging its transport to project partners
• Assisting in writing and compiling quarterly reports to federal funder
• Collecting and organizing information from all project partners to populate reports
• Providing fiscal and strategic guidance to the project manager and project partners
• Supporting the Technical Assistance Team with gathering, organizing and displaying data
