ITSM CMDB Architect

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB Physical and Logical data model design, including Class Hierarchy, Identification, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Model Management; developing a suitable logical & physical model.
• Strong focus on CMDB data quality, completeness and integrity.
• Contribute, coach, and support the ServiceNow developer team with the CMDB configuration, maintenance, and operation.
• Worked in ITOP, CMDB and ITSM Workflows
• Expertise across the breadth of the SNOW platform.
• Architect Storage solution with integration to NetApp Ontap APIs, Ansible playbooks
• Architect, design and deliver CMDB based data analytics solution for KP Block storage services
