Job Title : IVR Flow Developer (Lead Engineer)

Job Location : San Jose, CA

Job Description :  Required Qualifications :

• Desired level of experience is 10 to 12 years.
• Excellent communication skill is mandatory

Technical Skills :

• IVR flow developers who are working in Genesys or Avaya or Cisco platforms and used  Java & VXML for the development
• JavaScript fundamentals & syntax and ready to work on the scripting language ( Not as UI skills) - The candidate should do coding test in JavaScript
• At least conceptual knowledge in state-machine (can read from YouTube or learning site in 4 hours)
• Knowledge in Java or any Object Oriented Language and good in Logic , Algorithms and Data structures.
• Need to lead onshore and offshore development and QA team as Lead Engineer
