Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the performance of the product and/or services provided to our external customers, interfacing with our customers to ensure quality performance of our products.
• Oversight in the management of the design/development process of a program to delivery products and services to our customers.
• Daily management of team execution for the delivery or the maintenance of performance standards of our products of services.
• Daily management of the project schedule including modifications to the execution strategies to ensure on time delivery.
• Support more Senior Program Managers as required in similar duties.
• Represent the company during onsite/offsite customer meetings and advise Management accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role in performance management and/or delivery of company products and services.
• 3-4 years of work experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with project management or project scheduling.
• Experience working with cross-functional groups.

Key Skills:

• Web frameworks like Struts and Spring.
• Service-oriented architecture.
• Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery.
• Markup Languages such as XML, JSON.
• Abstract classes and interfaces.
