Java Developer

Requirements:

• Experience with Java-based web applications, including strong understanding of servlet containers and servlet architecture.
• Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Beans, preferably using Java based configuration instead of XML-based configuration.
• Experience with Guava, Apache Commons, and other open-source Java libraries.
• Experience writing in any of Gradle, Maven or Ant build scripts.
• Experience with using modern web development IDEs.
• Understands software engineering practices such as version control, code reviews, and testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Works effectively in team environments with people from diverse technical backgrounds.

 Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of Technical Staff to design, build, and maintain Web Services.
• Design, implement, test, and document REST-based web services using Java.
• Develop and maintain code that interfaces with Oracle.
• Design, develop, and implement applications, modules, and interfaces for solutions by using: Java/J2EE, Swing, JDBC, Maven, Oracle, MySQL Server, Spring, and JBoss.
• Design, develop, and implement web services in a Service Oriented Architecture and Representational State Transfer  environment.
• Participate in system design, architecture decisions and code reviews.

Key Skills:
