Job Title: Jr. Java Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Experience 0-3 Years

Logistics domain experience (Huge Plus)

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be involved in design, development and implementation of web based and client/server applications using Java based MVC frameworks like Spring and Struts, JSF
• Candidate will be working on Java Restful Web services.
• Candidate will be involved in programming and debugging web application user interfaces.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Typically holds any graduate degree from a recognized College.
• Experience in design, development and implementation of web based and client/server application using Java, J2EE, EJB3, Spring Framework/Struts/JSF, JPA, Hibernate, REST, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands on experience in Java Restful Web services.
• Backend coding with REST/SOAP/Microservices experience is important.
• Worked in a CI/CD environment using Jenkins and Git.
• Developed junit test cases using Mockito/PowerMock
• Understand UML diagrams such as Class, Entity, Sequence diagrams.
• Experience in programming and debugging web applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and customer facing skills.
• Must have worked in Agile methodology
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to handle multiple complex problems.

Good team working skills; keen to share knowledge with others.
