What You'll Do
·Design, develop, implement, and maintain java application phases, code, and software.
·Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.
·Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues
·Participate in the code-review process
·Support with Scrum / Agile software development approach (e.g., sprint, standups, retros, planning, pointing, grooming, etc.)
The Skills You Need to Be Successful
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering or equivalent
·Hands on experience with JAVA 8 and above.
·Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
·Good understanding of SOLID principles and the ability to effectively use them during software development
·Experience of working in HTML 5 , CSS3, Angular JS, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit
·Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
·Proficient in end to end application development starting from front end web development, back end development and persisting data in no SQL or DBMS database
·Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)
·Experience in creating REST services using Java Spring boot
·Comfortable with Docker and AWS
·Understand end to end architecture of the product and provide recommendations for improvements
·Good knowledge on Build and Deployment pipelines
·Good communication skills should be able to communicate with business stakeholders and convert them to user stories
·Good problem-solving skills
·Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence
·Demonstrated ability to operate on a small team in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change directions as priorities shift
·Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow professionally and have a positive impact on the company, its culture and its products
