RSI is looking for a Trainee Java Developer, to create information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based components and interfaces that effectively support the client’s business requirements and needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Researching, debugging, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.
• Involve in Change Requests, bug fixing etc.
• Undertake the product development, support, and related activities as per the assignments from time to time from the tech lead and keep technologically updated by learning new technologies, platforms, and software toolkits

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience 0 to 2 years’ experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
