* Ensure product increments being delivered by the offshore team are up to the technical standards define
* Monitor and track key program metrics from a technology perspective
* 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: API development and delivery, expertise in Java/Java J2EE and web-based applications and services
* Preferred - 3+ years of experience/expertise in large scale customer facing enterprise Java applications using Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot Frameworks. Object Relational Mapping (ORM),Java J2EE Design Patterns, JMS/kafka, Webservices, relational database, NoSQL cloud supported databases ( like Cassandra).
* 3+ years of experience in agile/scrum engineering teams in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment.
