Java Developer

Job Description: VF Corporation is recruiting a Mid leve Java Developer. The Java Developer should successfully demonstrate an ability to code, test, develop, modify, implement and/or enhance an application. They must have a solid history of application development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

• The Application developer will be responsible for developing technical solutions utilizing new or existing applications to enhance business processes.
• Systems support, testing, system management, reporting and technical documentation.
• Use existing and emerging technology platforms to design development and document detailed distributed applications.
• Develop in all phases of the programming life cycle: code, debug, design, document, implement, maintain, and test.
• Design, develop and implement software interface applications as defined by the assigned project.  

Qualifications:

• 1-10 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Development Experience with Java
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Linux and Windows
• Experience with automation / config mgmt tools
• Full stack development and grasp of software engineering skills in modular design, data structures, algorithms, and Unix systems development.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile Development tools (Git, Jenkins / Teamcity, Maven, JIRA, Confluence) * Experience with LDAP is a plus
