Job Description :We have Immediate requirement for Java Developers in our company.  Desired Skills:  • Good Exp in Advance Java • Experience in developing Enterprise and multi-tier java apps i.e. Frameworks viz. Struts2, Spring, Hibernate. • Working knowledge of REST web services. • Hands-on with IDEs viz., Eclipse, Net Beans  • latest versions.  • Complete command on application development using JSP, Servlets etc.  • Portlets knowledge is added advantage.  • Vast working experience with one of the DBMS i.e. MySQL, MSSQL & PostgreSQL is mandatory.  • Conceptual clarity of OOPS and implementation experience is necessary.  • Jasper Reports hands-on is an added qualification.  Personal Skills: Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly Excellent communication skills with clear articulation and documentation of technical specifications Proactive problem-solver Relationship builder and a good team player
