JAVA PROGRAMMER

The project has only just commenced so candidates will be joining at a very early stage of what is effectively a greenfield project), that is being developed in partnership with one of Wall Street System's long standing customers.

The team operates as a full-stack functional team within the Foreign Exchange, Rates & Credit division (FRC), providing capabilities for analysis, design, development, maintenance and release management of the FX solutions.

We build our innovative and robust solutions using Java/C /C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML5 technologies.

Stability and high performance are two key requirements for the software we develop, so we are constantly improving and evolving our technology and internal infrastructure. Multi-threading and code optimization are used heavily.

We work in collaboration with product owners, business analysts and several other ION teams spanning infrastructural services to connectivity with external financial markets.

We serve our clients in a high-pressured, exciting and rapidly evolving environment where a structured and systematic mind-set is a must.

We are looking for candidates to expand our development teams in New Delhi.

The successful candidate will focus on the development of complex FX trading and trade management solutions, built on top of the ION platform, covering core development, unit and integration tests, test automation/continuous integration, and documentation.

Complementary tasks will include issue analysis, bug-fixing, source control, and release management.

You will work in collaboration with other developers, product owners and business analysts focusing on both infrastructure and application development. Candidates must express a desire to gain a strong understanding of the FX trading and trade management business domain.
