Jr Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Analyst in the day-to-day management of accounts and contacts, including the process to open, review and approve new accounts.
• Support and proactively engage with FI Sales & Trading representatives and serve as main point of contact for new hires to train them on internal systems.
• Provide first-level support to teams across the department including user administration, issue identification and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Technology to further enhance CRM and other databases, including running queries.
• Assist in development of training materials and support engaging in-person and virtual training.
• Maintain and cross-check coverage lists, conference attendee lists, and other account lists against the CRM database.
• Assist in the creation of user documentation and maintain ongoing system change documentation.
