OPT-EAD, US citizenship or US Permanent Residence is required for these positions. Candidate must manage testing schedule and communicate testing progress. Perform deliverable tracking and reporting as assigned, and participate in all phases of the test cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with strong technical and analytical mindset.   As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for: Partnering with business areas to assess reporting, analysis and data visualization needs Developing knowledge of local business processes and recommending technology-driven process improvements Documenting business requirements and functional & technical specifications Partnering with technical subject matter experts to determine and document the optimal design Developing, testing and deploying smaller reporting and end user computing solutions Creating and executing test scripts Facilitating change and innovation to legacy systems and processes Investigate the cause of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects counts. Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area Qualifications/characteristics of a successful candidate: Bachelor Degree 0-1 years of professional experience Basic Knowledge and understanding of SQL. Knowledge of some programming language. Strong technical skills, work ethics, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills and overall positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines Highly motivated to make impactful improvements for our business partners Proficiency with MS Office.
