Junior Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting analytics and insights generation for the business.
• Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push market initiatives to the next level.
• Support the design and development of reporting dashboards and presentations; establish templates and processes for regularly sharing out progress and results with key stakeholders.
• Providing end-to-end analysis support across different application areas.
• Support the development of the contact strategy through ad-hoc analysis and projects.
• Continuously develop and support the Insights & Reporting activities and be comfortable in working on complex analytics requests
• Storytelling using Data Visualization tools. Proficient in building, maintaining & redesigning reports and dashboards.
• Run and Maintain complex analysis and manipulation of data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Understands the effectiveness of study and experience in planning/targeting for business activities based on learning from previous activities.
