Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Help lead brand programs through a mix of curiosity, pragmatism and vision.
• Work autonomously with cross functional teams like B2B, Analytics & Measurement, Marketing and Insights to drive effectiveness and understanding of our audience behavior and impact.
• Develop thought leadership content and programs with global impact beyond your day-to-day focus.
• Partner with internal and external teams to uncover challenges and specific opportunities to develop creative-driven solutions that users love.
• Increase user friendliness in digital experiences like websites and mobile apps.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all Marketing projects.
• Collect, analyze and distribute program performance metrics and creating analytic reports to be shared cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

• Work experience over 6 - 10 years as a Creative Strategist or similar role.
• Solid examples of business changing strategy.
• Projects that highlight conceptual and strategic thinking.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate well with a team.
• Preferred: In-house creative strategy or analyst experience.
• Preferred: People management experience.

• Strong math skills, databases.
• SQL, Python, and Excel, and Excellent critical thinking.
• Communication, and data visualization skills.
