Junior scrum Master role

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide guidance to the team and Management on Scrum Values, Practices, and Rules, essential adherence to Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate various Scrum activities such as Quarterly Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Communicating and working directly with the Product Owner to consistently maintain the product backlog and handle changes both to the product backlog as well as changes to the executing sprint.
• Facilitating daily Scrum activities such as Stand-Ups, updates to burn-down spreadsheets and Charts,backlog reviews as well as impromptu meetings as needed.
•  Creating and maintaining risk and issue logs including working with appropriate parties to create mitigation and corrective action plan with communication to the team, product owner, and executive management.
• Building team cohesion and fostering good communication between various development teams, also measure and improve team productivity.
• Facilitates meetings and with customers to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
• Working with the team to meet business requirements, create prototypes, and analyze workflow.
• Responsible for working with developers to translate business needs into operational software promoting continuous improvements of our systems and processes.
• Coaching and mentoring technical teams in self-organization and cross-functionality,
• Writing detailed business requirements as well as related JIRA tickets to communicate required development deliverables accurately and concisely,
• Incorporating agile methodology and scrum techniques to manage requirements and enhance evolving applications,

Entry to Mid-level positions,
