Kafka DevOps Engineer

The candidate will be part of the team responsible for development & deployment of large scale Enterprise Kafka on Kubernetes and developing self-service tooling to manage multiple kafka clusters. Other responsibilities include helping the development team with best practices, on-boarding, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing and tuning Kafka clusters. The ideal candidate is one who has hands experience on Kafka, Java, Linux and developing Restful APIs Qualification: • Associate should have at least 8 years’ overall IT experience. • Solid experience and knowledge in the implementation of Kafka solutions and Kafka Cluster. • Nice to have any experience working in Healthcare Domain. • Engage in enterprise level systems component design and implementation. • Deep understanding and application of enterprise software design for implementation of data services and middleware. • Should have good experience in understanding business pain areas analyzing the underlying data system landscape designing implementing solutions to meet business requirements. • Strong fundamentals in distributed system design, development and deployment using agile/devops practices • Experience with Agile development methodology and CI/CD-Experience with tools such as GIT, Jira and Bitbucket • A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams- • Good communication skills and excellent team work experience
