Lawson BI Consultant

• The candidate must have functional manufacturing experience with Infor XA/MAPICS ERP and a good understanding of IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements to Infor XA/MAPICS solutions.
• Perform business process analysis and identify gaps.
• Develop and review Technical design for functional specifications from Business Analyst or Customer.
• Test specification and co-ordination of test activity based on the output of the business requirements.
• Review operation and technical support documentation.
• Develop project plans, and budgets.
• Develop schedules and monitor results.
• Guide and perform strategic analysis for projects.
• Organize and manage all phases of projects.
• Coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities as needed
• Reasonable for the preparation, and delegating project responsibilities.
• Weekly and Monthly Status report on the Projects.
• Should be able to handle multiple Projects Requirements.
• At least five years of successful IT Project Management experience within a consulting environment.
• Infor XA/MAPICS ERP experience.
• MS Project.
• Any change management tools like MKS Implementer, Simon.
• Utilities experience: Turnover, Hawkeye, Robot, Mimix or others.
• Languages ILE RPG, CL400, Query Query/400, SQL/400.
• Database / Tools DB2 / SDA, RLU, DFU, SEU, PDM, ALDON.
