Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Works with appropriate Transdev staff to develop methods and procedures for monitoring, extracting and analyzing data from multiple of software platforms in order to support Transdev's performance and meet and/or exceed client and company expectations.
• Prepares monthly client billing and reports, coordinating with all departments as necessary to obtain necessary data.
• Coordinates the collection and delivery of performance data throughout the location including data from Maintenance, Operations, Human Resources, Safety and Finance.
• Prioritize work for the data analyst team, ensuring all reports are complete daily.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management/Administration, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5 yearsof relevant experience preferred.
• Professional experience in the public transit or related transportation industry preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software packages required.
• Proficiency with transit industry specific software systems such as those used for this project strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
