Lead Developer

Responsiblties:

• Coaches and mentors project team members as appropriate.
• Maintains current status of projects in PMO tracking applications.
• Facilitates business process changes to take advantage of new system capabilities and improve productivity.
• Direct and participate in code reviews of applications.
• Participate in the evaluation of new tools and methodologies.
• When appropriate, develops, with the supervisor or Product Owner and customer, a Request for Proposal  to evaluate the purchase of an off the shelf system.
