Lead Front End Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in project execution.
• Drive the architecture and technical decisions for frontend projects, selecting the right technologies and frameworks.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and performant code while adhering to coding standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in frontend development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuously monitor and improve frontend, security, and accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Lead Ecommerce development including, but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• React Expertise: In-depth knowledge of React, including state management, component lifecycle, hooks, and advanced concepts like context and portals.
• JavaScript Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6 and ES7 features. A good understanding of JavaScript design patterns is also essential.
• Build Tools: Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and ESLint to configure and optimize the development environment.
• API Integration: Skills in integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL into React applications, handling asynchronous requests and data manipulation.
