Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Emerging expertise in specific skill set, business area or product but focused on daily execution.
• May supervise day to day work of junior level employees but without formal management role.
• Motivate project teams to achieve success in all engagements.
• Work collaboratively with Professional Services sales to accept projects from pipeline and provide a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Concurrently lead multiple, high complex projects from requirements definition through deployment, handoff to support and subsequent follow up at designated post deployment check points.
• Assume responsibility and ownership of the overarching project schedule, working collaboratively with each workstream leader to determine and agree upon scope, implementation plans, and risk mitigation plans.
• Aggressively and thoroughly track down action item updates and see them through to completion.
• Create, update and maintain all project artifacts and project documentation such as Project Charters, Scope documents, meeting minutes and project status reports.
