Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer for an exciting contract opportunity with our client in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing Salesforce applications and community pages for assigned projects. This is a hands-on role, involving peer code reviews, incident ticket resolution, and ensuring alignment with technical design standards. The contract is for a duration of 12 months or more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Salesforce Apps and/or Community pages for assigned projects.
• Conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets promptly.
• Perform critical reviews of User Stories and align technical designs with platform and coding standards.

What You Bring:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in creating and integrating Salesforce External Services, External Objects, and utilizing Salesforce Connect with OData and internal APIs.
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts using technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, and SVN.
• Proficiency in development using VisualForce, APEX, triggers, Classes, JavaScript, and Lightning API.
• Hands-on experience in mobile development.
• Familiarity with Copado release management is preferred.

The Successful Candidate Will Have Proven Experience With:

• Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com.
• Role-Based Access Control and Permission Sets.
• Lightning Container, Lightning UX Builder.
• Lightning Flow, including Process Builder and Cloud Flow Designer.
• Platform Events, Async REST, Sync REST, and Continuation Framework for integration.
• Salesforce DX (Dev Hub).
• Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Data Management Designer, and Integration domains.
• Salesforce Visualforce, Apex, SOQL/SOSL.
• Wave and Einstein Analytics.
• Ability to articulate business requirements in technical language and technical capabilities in business terms.
• Positive attitude.
